This guide explains how to log in if you already have a TASK account.
If you do not have an account yet, please see our Sign Up instructions.
Log in with email and password
- Go to task.sulitest.org
- Enter the email used to create your TASK™ account. (This is usually your institutional email).
- Click Continue
- Enter your password
- Click Log in
You’re all set!
Log in with Single Sign-On (SSO)
What is SSO?
Single Sign-On (SSO) allows you to access TASK using your institution or company login details. This means fewer passwords to remember and faster access.
How it works:
- Go to task.sulitest.org
- Enter your email
- Click Continue
- Choose one of the following:
- Use SSO Account: You’ll be redirected to your organisation’s login page. This may automatically occur if your organisation enforces SSO login.
- Log in with Password: Enter your password and click Log in
- Complete the chosen login method
You’re now logged in!
Automatic SSO Login
In some cases, TASK may log you in automatically without asking for a password. This happens when you are already logged in to your organisation account on the same browser or device. This is normal.
Common login errors and how to fix them
“I have never set up a password”
If you try to create a new account and see the error message “Email already exist”, it is because our system already recognizes your email. If you haven’t created an account yourself, this is because you were invited by an organization.
Please check your inbox for the invitation email and follow the instructions to complete your account setup.
If you cannot find this email, or if you prefer to continue without it, you can set your password manually:
What to do:
- Go to task.sulitest.org
- Enter your email → Continue
- Click Set a new password
- Enter your email and confirm
- Check your inbox for the instructions
- If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder
- Open the link in the email and create your new password.
You can now log in.
“I forgot my password”
You can reset your password at any time.
How to reset it:
- Go to task.sulitest.org
- Enter your email → Continue
- Click Set a new password
- Enter your email and confirm
- Check your inbox for the reset email
- If you don’t see it, look in your spam/junk folder
- Open the link in the email, set a new password, and confirm.
You’re ready to log in again.
“There is no account for that email”
The email you entered is not associated with any TASK account.
- If you were invited to a session and were supposed to receive an email, contact your organization to confirm they invited the correct email address.
- If you were not invited to a session by email yet, but want to complete the TASK assessment → Click Sign Up and create an account. Please note, you will still need to receive from your organization a session code.
“Invalid account. Please contact your organization.”
This error appears after logging in with SSO.
It means there is an issue with how your account is configured in your organization’s system.
Please contact your organization so they can correct it.
