Sulitest cannot reopen or reset your assessment if you missed the deadline, abandoned it (not completing it in one-sitting) or had your certificate cancelled. Whether you can retake TASK™ is determined by your university.
What to do if you missed or abandoned TASK™
- Check your assessment in the TASK™ platform.
- Contact your university or program administrators if it shows “Abandoned”, “Certificate Cancelled” or if you no longer see the session under Available Sessions since the deadline has passed. They will advise if a second opportunity is possible and how to register.
Tip: To avoid an abandoned status in the future:
- Complete TASK™ in one-sitting without closing the browser.
- Ensure a stable internet connection during the assessment.
