After you are notified your results are available, you’ll be able to access your personal score page. This page is designed to help you understand your results, identify strengths, and find opportunities to improve.
Your score overview
Here’s what you’ll find on your score page:
- Session name – The name of the assessment session you participated in.
- Your score – This is the score that will appear on your certificate.
- Global average – The global average score at the time of the session, which serves as a benchmark for you.
- Knowledge Type scores – Your scores on Knowing and Understanding a given Subject (includes the questions about Concepts and Trends), and their Interlinkages (includes questions about Causes and Impacts)
- Framework scores – Your performance in the three pillars of TASK™: Earth Systems, Human Welfare and Levers of Opportunity.

- Worldwide
- Within your organization
- Within your session (this may not appear if your session was too small)

Matrix highlights: We call our structure of different sustainability subjects the TASK™ “Matrix”. Under this section, you can identify:
- Top subjects – The subjects with your highest average score.
- Subjects to improve – The subjects with your lowest average score.
- Best progression – Shows your most improved subjects compared to previous sessions.
Next steps
- Use this information to identify areas for improvement.
- Focus on the subjects or frameworks where your scores are lower.
- Track your progress over time by reviewing past sessions.
