A TASK™ certificate may be cancelled if our Assessment Integrity Guidelines and Terms of Service were not followed. These policies are in place to ensure that all candidates complete the assessment fairly and that certificates reflect authentic performance.
Assessment integrity rules
When taking TASK™, you must:
- Stay on the assessment page at all times.
- Have only one browser window open.
- Avoid any browser or device extensions.
- Work independently with no collaboration or external resources.
- Do not impersonate.
- Do not copy, publish, or share assessment questions.
You were informed of them and agreed to comply prior to starting the assessment.
What happens if rules are breached
- Unaccepted events detected during the assessment (for example, switching tabs or clicking on another application) are recorded by our automated control mechanisms.
- If multiple breaches occur, your certificate is cancelled.
- Your score remains available as a reference for your own learning.
Next steps
- If you wish to take TASK™ again, contact your university or program administrators to learn about the possibility of a new assessment session.
- Sulitest, as the service provider, cannot reinstate cancelled certificates.
