As an administrator, it’s helpful to know when candidates will receive email notifications regarding TASK™.
Candidate notifications timeline
- Invitation: Candidates receive an email when you first invite them to participate in TASK™. In other words, when you upload a list of candidates to our platform and click on “Add to the session”, a first email is sent to candidates.
- Session start: A reminder email is sent to candidates when their session is about to begin.
- Three days before session ends: Candidates who haven’t completed the test will get a reminder email three days before the session closes.
- Assessment completion: After completing the assessment, candidates receive a confirmation email.
- Results available: Once scores are available, candidates are notified via email.
Notifications for specific events
- Session date change: If the moderator changes the session end date, candidates who haven’t yet taken the test will receive an updated notification.
- Session deletion: If a session deleted by administrators, candidates enrolled in that session receive an email notification.
- Certificate cancellation: Once results are processed, candidates are notified if their candidates certificate was cancelled per our assessment integrity guidelines.
